Graceful Access LLC provides consulting, training, and educational resources related to ADA service animal compliance. All services are offered for educational purposes only and are not legal advice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this website and in training modules — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, digital courses, and downloadable content — are the exclusive property of Graceful Access LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal training and internal business use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, public posting, or use of Graceful Access™ materials outside your organization without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • “Graceful Access™” and the logo are trademarks of Graceful Access LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the website, servers, or networks.

  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access training content.

  • Misrepresent your identity or purpose in using Graceful Access services.

5. Disclaimers

    Graceful Access LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and affiliates (“Graceful Access”), provides educational training and consulting related to ADA service animal compliance. Graceful Access is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All training, videos, scenarios, consultations, written materials, scripts, demonstrations, and recommendations are for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal guidance or legal determinations regarding ADA, state, or local laws.

    Organizations, businesses, government entities, and all users of Graceful Access materials remain solely responsible for their own ADA compliance, internal policies, staff behavior, legal decisions, and enforcement practices. No attorney–client relationship is created through any Graceful Access service, communication, consultation, or training program. Users must consult qualified legal counsel for specific legal questions or compliance decisions.

    Training content may include fictionalized or simplified scenarios to demonstrate ADA concepts. These examples do not represent legal standards, legal outcomes, or legal advice. Graceful Access is not responsible for how organizations interpret, apply, or enforce ADA requirements, state statutes, or internal policy decisions.

    All materials, including course content, videos, scenarios, graphics, documents, and training modules, are the exclusive intellectual property of Graceful Access LLC and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, adapted, or shared outside your organization without prior written permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graceful Access LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of its website, materials, or services, even if advised of such damages.
Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the services.
